With over 10 years of experience in high performance sport, Andrew is a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create positive and lasting impacts in the Canadian sport system. As the Senior Manager Leagues & Pathway at Water Polo Canada, he oversees the development and implementation of strategic plans, programs, and policies that support the growth and excellence of water polo athletes, coaches, and clubs across the country.Andrew also leverages his data science and lean skills to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Water Polo Canada and its stakeholders. He has completed a Key Capabilities in Data Science certificate from the University of British Columbia, and has applied his knowledge of Python, Pandas, Altair, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data, identify gaps and opportunities, and communicate insights and recommendations. Additionally, he has a strong background in management consulting, where he helped multiple international clients in the mining and metals sector save millions of dollars through the implementation of management operating systems, change management, and continuous improvement strategies.
