Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)
Current• Preparation of Computer-aided designs and P&ID Drawings;• Prepare design drawings for distribution networks and internal gas piping works using AutoCAD;• Maintained all operational drawings and project related documents, ensuring they are up to date, and recorded all revisions in a controlled log (Excel) for accurate documentation tracking.• Present consolidated design reports and detailed engineering assessment reports on weekly and monthly basis;• Prepare schedules for gas piping and meter installation works for daily site activities;• Coordinate, Supervise and Monitor daily site construction and installation works;• Manage a team of construction workers, welders, fitters and installers, and guide and advise them for smooth flow, efficient operation and progress of the contraction and installation works;• Update the senior management with daily progress and arrange meetings with them as and when required;• Arrange tool-box meeting with the construction team to inform day-to-day activities highlighting safety key points.Projects:1. Currently working as "Document Controller" in various projects for Chevron Bangladesh. 2. Design, Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 4” (Inch) Sch.160, 2.5 KM (approx.) High-Pressure Gas Gathering Pipeline from Wellhead of Sundalpur#3 Well to Sundalpur#1 Well Location on Turn-Key basis.3. 8'' Dia x 8.5 km and 6'' Dia x 14 km Gas Pipeline withdrawal Works from Pirojpur to Tajpur along the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway.4. Installation of 50K Pre-paid Gas Meter for Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Ltd., in JGTDSL Franchise Area, Sylhet, Bangladesh.
