Lead Capture executive for a SB transitioning out of 8(a) program. Responsible for developing and executing growth/8(a) transition strategy. Built and managed the corporate BD/Capture team. Led capture and technical solutioning efforts with effective win/market strategy resulting in high Pwin & organic capability growth. Was promoted to Director of Capture in 2016.

Served as the Program Director of Medical Device Innovation, Safety, and Security (MDISS) Consortium: Managed a public-private Medical Device Security R&D Consortium between USG, Device Manufacturers, University Research Centers (UARC), and Health Delivery Organizations (HDO). Served as a guest researcher at the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence and managed various joint R&D projects. Led development of the cloud-based Medical Device Risk Assessment Platform to successful deployment & user adoption ahead of schedule with geographically disparate DevOps teams (Europe & Americas).S&T/R&D: Used acquisition and technical expertise to support acceleration of cross-sector Research & Development (R&D) cycles through creative/blended uses of Tech Transfer (T2) instruments. Developed a concept to broaden usability of an existing simulator through reconfiguration of its analytical algorithms; it allowed a new, high-Technology Readiness Level (TRL) product to be built/delivered in a matter of weeks to help address an emerging cyber-physical security needs within Homeland Security enterprise. Utilized BAA and SBIR grants to facilitate pilot development and T2 to a USG agency.In support of large HDOs, provided advisory, consulting, & engineering support for their business transformation initiatives including development of Enterprise Health Data Analytics Roadmap and Business Process Reengineering for Meditech-Athena Integration. Worked with federal agencies, labs, & universities in an international R&D effort to develop synthetic biology alert platform.

Led BD, Capture, & Solutions Development for a mid-size federal systems Integrator. Also served as a PM/HealthIT Security SME for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Device Cyber Security program.

Hired as Account Manager to support the company's commercial division. Was moved to federal BD department / promoted to BD Manager in 3 months.
