The project consists of a 5-story modern building (G+4) and 2 basements having 218 guest rooms and suites, designed around a 2-storey atrium lobby.In addition to the hotel rooms, this project features all the standard hotel amenities with underground parking, and site works. It also has restaurants including Cafeteria, A Business Center, Health Club, and an indoor Swimming Pool. The total built up area is 30,855 M2.

• Overseeing the administration of the projects during the construction cycle,including; technical, financial, and client satisfaction.• Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning,design, and construction activities and personnel under my direction on aday-to-day basis.• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as rates, materials, and labor expenses.• Managing the tenders dealing with all commercial and estimating activitiesassociated with the Client's tender requirements.• Developing procedures for monitoring the progression of planning, design, andconstruction phases.• Preparing reports to company management and the Client indicating the projectadherence and progress.• Led and managed a team of engineers and inspectors on the project.• Team support in problem-solving and decision-making.• Oversee contractors to ensure compliance with project plans andspecifications.• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality so as to obtain themaximum benefit for the company.• Monitor quality of work by sub-contractors and material quality used on site.• Participate in the final inspection of the work with the Consultant and Client.• Participate/Lead weekly project reviews, monthly and other progress meetingsheld at site as and when required.• Optimize staffing distribution, activities prioritizing, depending on criticalpaths, materials availability, and weather conditions, which allowed achievingmilestones before target dates.• Conducting the final testing and commissioning internally / with the end-users.• Implement the value engineer concept, explore alternative materials andmethodologies, review the engineering design, and propose design modificationsthat are applicable and compatible with site conditions, which positively affectthe cost of material and man-hours.

Managing and successfully delivering complex rush projects of power supply andequipment installation of juice and cheese plants within the required scheduleand quality.

• Study all technical drawings and project documents.• Guiding the draftsman team to prepare the shop and as-built drawings.• Prepare technical studies such as voltage drop calculation, lux level calculation,installation details, and electrical load schedule.• Managing projects within budget, time schedules, authorities' requirements, andcompany procedures.• Produce detailed overall Staff/labor requirements for the Project.• Assisting senior management in preparing the project management plan, whichshall be used as a road map to execute the Project.• Managing day-to-day activities aspects of a project and scope.• Keeping the Head of Department informed of problems and progress and seekinghis assistance on issues that cannot be resolved on Project.• Monitoring Material Procurement activities for the Project and ensuring thatall materials are submitted, approved, ordered, and delivered according to theproject time schedule.• Attend regular meetings with the client/consultant.• Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
