    Main responsibility was as project lead to develop Stockmann Baltic Food Delivery Chain. This project aimed to clarify the existing order and delivery process in the Baltic countries for exported food products. Project had many different stakeholders, also foreign ones. In the revised process Baltic department stores will make orders straight to the Move system and transmit them directly to suppliers. TTR Food buying task is to maintain the range, as well as purchase prices. In addition, TTR will monitor also order volumes. Result was major modifications to Baltic food delivery chain. These changes included new transport company, better control of assortment, new order procedures and more efficient local invoice checking.Other responsibility at Stockmann Food buying included developing supply chain process for Christmas gift packages. I made Thesis about this issue and many improvement ideas which where taken to production use for future sale seasons.Thesis included mapping IT- and delivery processes, requirement analysis and improvement points.Improvements included fixing customer webinterface and then used ERP integration. Also the effectiveness of the deliveries was checked and in the end the delivery company was changed, resulting better customer experience and lower costs.The third project focused to diagnose- and solve Stockmann Grocery's own-Food problems. Challenges were mainly related to creation and delivery of these products.Improvement measures included new procedures to streamline cooperation between main partners.I also have made annual price comparisons among competitors + reported result's to the management.Key accomplishments:• Successful project lead on international supply chain project; project in budget, many stakeholders • Developing business process interfaces.
