Manage and maintain the network and systems infrastructure for Fehst Group.

I was responsible for managing and controlling the entire production. I was also responsible for supplier purchases, client quotations and client order processing.The whole process from client order to delivery to the logistics department was entirely managed by me.Logistics and deliveries then worked in closed conjunction with myself to guarantee the orders were delivered to customers as soon as possible.

As IT manager I built the entire network for the company, starting with a single PC which then grew over time to more than 20 workstations and 5 servers both Windows and Linux. As IT manager I did an innovative SAP Business One implementation, migrating almost the entire data from the previous software to SAP using an extensive array of tools and software developed by myself.SAP data was integrated into Google Earth in an in-house custom site to allow for logistics and deliveries optimization, allowing for delivery routes to be planned efficiently. An intranet allowed clients and salespersons to be able to quickly check their order status. The intranet website was written from scratch by myself.I developed a number of .Net software, using SAP API, to streamline and optimize internal processes.
