- Drove and contributed to various corporate and new business development initiatives, including for example launching a new service-based business model.- Acted as interim Planning and Intercompany Purchasing Manager for Cluster Europe Sales Operations. Executed and developed intercompany purchasing and inbound planning and operations.

- Worked as a Project Manager for Reima Inc. ramp-up. Defined an operating model and business infrastructure for scaling up the US business, and set up the US online store.- Led the global Business Intelligence development program and implemented a new global BI tool.

Engaged in various client projects focused on digital transformation, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer experience domains for multinational corporations mainly in consumer electronics, retail, and telecommunications.
