• Project Manager for FarmLink Analytics a startup data science and technology company converting big data into actionable use. Responsibilities included leading a project team of developers, support and QA personnel in the integration of machine data, coding and designs for the development of a new benchmarking application for increased efficiencies in the Agriculture Industry. Consistent with the nature of start up companies this position required a high degree of personal initiative together with use of background experience inclusive of : creating design specifications, and establishment of processes and procedures.

Consultant/ Project Manager – IBM AS400 Core Conversions Selected Accomplishments:• Facilitated technical Parameter Design for product setup on JHA Silverlake Core System as well as Argo Keys (LOS) and provided Loan Parameter recommendations for ancillary products: NetTeller, Vertex, Synapsis and Synergy.• Evaluated complex Commercial Loan policies for a large established Financial Institution and creating Policy and Procedure Documentation to mitigate risk for their DE novo venture into Branch Lending. Responsible for Tracking and keeping projects on track for roll out to end user.• Collaborated with multiple business unit, Internal and external subject matter experts to proactively solicit information for use in development of technical documentation and manuals and forms within QA standards and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Banking Software Conversions Consultant Selected Accomplishments:• Implemented the Core Conversion for a merger of a Large Northeast Bank from the Fiserv Signature system to the JHA Silverlake system. • Responsibilities included assessment of the previous system and the unique qualities of their lending environment to assess the tasks necessary to convert data and multiple interfaces.• Project management responsibilities includes data mapping of loan data to the new system, tracking of interface connections and front end systems, assist in training and QA of the results to confirm the data integrity.

• Implemented Core Conversions on AS400 for Financial Institutions in various U.S. locations as a Consultant/Analyst for Jack Henry and Associates. • Conversion Loan mapping included learning the previous system then managing the project for loan data mapping and performing AS400 queries over the customer’s converted files to QA the data. • Assisted in functionality training and validity testing of the system data from the previous Core system during the transition to the Jack Henry Silverlake system.

Selected Accomplishments:• Reviewed BRS, created Scope Documents for potential Deposit/Loan/RMS Enhancements with the purpose of making Recommendations.• Designed and Wrote technical Specifications for Core System Enhancements providing Project Management throughout development lifecycle using Agile Methodology which included Integration as well as Beta and User Acceptance.• QA Tested Corrections and Enhancements for Phoenix Core AS400 system.• Trained internal staff on Functionality of Enhancements for upcoming releases.

Selected Accomplishments: • Managed Projects and their budgets for ancillary products implemented by existing Core Clients to include Customized Statements with attached Imaging, Browser Implementations and Utilization and Optimization.• Supported Clients in Problem Resolution and Development of Processes for Bankway (Legacy) System.• Reviewed Scope Documents for potential Enhancements with the purpose of making Recommendations for enhancements to the Bankway Banking System.

Development • Created Detailed Functional Specifications from Scope definition working closely with application programmers as liaison with client for Fidelity Horizon system. • Document requirements gathering, SOW’s, Change Requests for system enhancements to the Deposit Applications within a core Banking Software that utilizes an AS/400 database. • Responsible for Project Management and satisfaction of 2 large high profile clients, resolutions of outstanding issues and development of solution to include specification and Q&A Testing Project Management of enhancements and software changes.• Researched and analyzed system impact of enhancements and maintenance requests with regards to the impact to the current system functionality and provide recommendations for a development approach using PMBOK/SDLC methodology.• Created test environments and test scripts for testing of application enhancements.• Estimated timed requirements for projects through the entire Development life cycle.
