One of her major contributions was the creation of a complex, normalized data model used as a basis for the creation of a Sentencing & Dispositions application used by attorneys to track the results of the investigative cases. Ashley’s key deliverables as a Website Developer at LM Wolper Information Delivery included maintaining and enhancing a large scale public-facing web application with users worldwide. Her focus was on website development from conception through planning, as well as the documentation, coding, testing, and deployment stages of the lifecycle. Ashley was part of a small IT department with only one other employee, so she frequently had to tackle new tasks and learn how to deliver value to the company. Ashley helped design and deliver software to run in over 3000 Footlocker and subdivision stores around the world, working on the Point of Sale system to speed up the process of each sale and report back. Ashley also worked on the design and development of an operational dashboard using ASP.Net MVC3 which was critical to reporting the status of registers and other key performance indicators throughout the store.
