Serving as a member of the executive leadership team; overseeing all marketing, fundraising, grant management, advocacy, public policy, and public relations efforts. Fostering relationships with businesses and community organizations to develop funding resources and strategic partnerships. Fostering relationships with community leaders to influence public policy efforts. Overseeing all advocacy efforts across the organization. Facilitating interactive discovery sessions across the organization to set the foundation for strategic planning. Converting sales and development key performance indicators (KPIs) into marketing metrics and tactics designed to support reaching revenue goals across four (4) revenue streams: enterprise/manufacturing services, clinic/rehabilitative services, digital accessibility services, and financial development (fundraising). Developing comprehensive marketing strategies for B2C, E-Commerce and B2B efforts inclusive of public relations, creative services (graphic design, videography, and photography), web services (design and development), social media strategy, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing and programmatic advertising) and measurement strategy (multi-platform attribution, establishing goals through Google Analytics, CRM integration, etc.). Developing graphics and editing video as needed to supplement creative needs. Leading cross-departmental brainstorming exercises to foster creativity across the organization to support in the development of campaign themes, content strategies and visual strategies.
