At Label305 we are developing our own product: a SaaS application for time-tracking and HR, called Keeping (http://keeping.nl). In Keeping it is really easy to track the time you have worked, but we want to add more features to help companies and entrepreneurs with their HR. I am responsible for the UX design of the application and the public website. Keeping is still in development and we are working hard improving the application.

At Label305 I am responsible for User interface Design, Graphic Design and the Front-end implementation of web-applications. In addition, I am involved with devising concepts and flows through applications. I work together with other designers and front-end developers and I am responsible for the design- and front-end quality. During my work I am always looking for new ways of frontend implementation.Of course, as a Co-founder I am responsible for various operational tasks.

As team leader I am responsible for cooperation between multiple groups within the team. I also maintain contacts with stakeholders and take an important role in making decisions.

As a staff member, I am responsible for the programming team. With my educational and graphic knowledge, I also design the new interface for the Online E-learning (Online Leeromgeving).

In the programming team, I was responsible for the layout of new developed features in the Online E-learning application.

Peuscher Design is a design company for both Corporate and Educational design. Peuscher Design has developed many websites within the organization of the University of Twente.

As chief designer, I develop almost all graphic material for the Student Union.
