I originally joined LBM as a Direct Sales Adviser; however I have progressed to the position of Team Manager. As a Team Manager I have worked on behalf of blue chip clients including More Than and Vodafone. In my role I am required to manage and motivate a team of sales advisers to achieve set targets whilst being compliant and treating customers fairly. I undertake the responsibility of monitoring call quality; every day I listen to a selection of calls to ensure all advisers are following company scripts and maximising every sales opportunity. In addition to call monitoring I support the team by providing 1-2-1 and group coaching to ensure each individual is capable of achieving daily targets.Daily Coaching and Quality is only one of the elements to my role; I am also required to motivate the team to succeed. I run various daily and weekly incentives to maintain motivation throughout the team. LBM has various service level agreements with their clients; I ensure these are met and I also coach others to deliver required standards. In my role I lead from the front and position myself as a role model to my colleagues.Team management is something I enjoy greatly and always tackle any challenges head on.

Within Endsleigh insurance the insurance consultant is the primary sales and service role within the branch. My role was to maximise sales in a compliant manner whilst providing best service to the client. I was required to use company scripts in content and style and provide an effective close of business opportunities, seeking to up-sell on appropriate benefits and products for the customer. I sought to offer customers every opportunity to transact additional business across our entire product range. If Business was not available immediately, then I would diary for future contact. When dealing with renewals I implemented the company renewal process to ensure a competitive renewal and maximise renewal retention. I also supported the branch manager in external marketing through the implementation of company and branch campaigns and initiatives. In addition to identifying new opportunities for external business development from the clients I dealt with day to day. I achieved consistently high performance in this role; which is evidenced by consistently high scores on benchmarking in compliance and sales and maximising the opportunities on the key performance indicators ‘KPIs’; resulting in over target performance in credit and growth in cases. In addition I exceeded the company service standards, which is evidenced by positive customer feedback.
