With over 20 years of leadership experience in project management, I have specialized in the execution of portfolio of projects and implementation of project management operating models by development of key processes that boost efficiency and profitability. At Siemens Gamesa, my focus is on continuous improvement of the global projects portfolio by the excellence in execution, zero harm, non conformance avoidance, risk management, planning and contract management.In my most recent role as Global Onshore PMO Head, I have led the transformation of the project management operating model, with the development of a customized organization , establishing a new reporting system and standardized processes for performance of projects.
