Managing Sales, R&D, HR, Finance, Quality, Project and Operations departments in total 9 direct reports. Total company head count 250. Key Achievemens;1. Increased annual sales turnover from 96MCNY in 2010 to 150MCNY in 2014.2. Established and developed new reliable management team.3. Implemented new ERP-system and processes to support it. 4. Initiated and executed new routines and processes for purchasing, finance and logistic to greatly reduce the risk of fraud, but also to ensure that balance sheet is correct. 5.
