General Manager of one of Hawaii's earliest cattle ranching structures, Pukalani Stables, built in 1903 by Parker Ranch, Hawaii's oldest, largest and most prestigious cattle ranches. With a license from Parker Ranch, Paniolo Preservation Society began to revitalize Pukalani Stables in 2010 to bring it back to a community gathering place and to create the Paniolo Heritage Center to increase public awareness of the historical, present-day and future significance of Hawaii’s ranching industry, with emphasis on the roles and traditions of the paniolo, Hawaii's cowboy. Paniolo Heritage Center at Pukalani Stables now houses artifacts and natural history representing the paniolo heritage, as well an archival collection center for historical documents, maps and photos, which are preserved through a partnership the University of Hawaii at Hilo's NHERC (North Hawaii Education and Research Center).

Marketing development and support for a premier real estate agency on the Island of Hawaii specializing in luxury estates, family residence, commercial business, condos, and vacation rentals. Created white papers on real estate opportunities in Hawaii, worked with agents on promotional materials and digital presentations, partnered with Top Producers to personalize their branding and materials to target high-end luxury buyers. Worked directly with the franchise owners on competitive strategies and developing training methods for the agents to best utilize the vast Sotheby's network for worldwide leads and sales.

Managed and promoted the historical assets and heritage of the oldest and largest working cattle ranch in Hawaii, Parker Ranch on the Big Island of Hawaii, founded in 1847 by John Palmer Parker. As the Operations Manager, I developed the docent programs, trained the employees, managed the gift shop, created and oversaw tour programs for two historical homes, developed and operated van tours on the 140,000-acre cattle ranch, and served as spokesman to the media for all tourist and visitor related interests of the ranch while welcoming over 50,000 visitors per year to Parker Ranch. Responsible for all budgeting and personnel management of the visitor division.

Managed the capture and conversion of huge image collections and assisted in the integration to image enabled search systems.
