I am a results-driven business development executive who enjoys devising and implementing strategic roadmaps to drive business and revenue growth. Throughout my career, I have undertaken many different positions with one main goal which is always to help establish a pathway to growth and success for the business. My skillset of process improvement, channel development, and strategic planning enables me to succeed and I am constantly searching for my next challenge. My passion for growing and developing businesses stems from my experience as an entrepreneur and co-founder. In 2009, I was part of the founding team for ecoATM. With a focus on reducing electronic environmental waste through the collection of outdated or obsolete mobile devices, the company had a strong mission with the potential to provide great value. I played an instrumental role in the development and growth of the business, formulating the business strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, devising executive presentations and pilot programs and delivering training to warehouse and product development teams. Through continued persistence and investment into development, I was awarded two patents for my innovative solutions and we were able to sell the company 7 years later for $350 million. My entrepreneurial spirit remains alive today and I currently am the CEO and founder of Duben, Inc. which is a consulting firm based in California. Taking pride in my entrepreneurial success, I now want to focus on helping a company in growing their business and operations to achieve organizational goals. I have held previous positions in senior manager and c-suite level business development roles in which I used data analytics, marketing intelligence and innovative technology to enhance business operations. I am a strategist who has the ability to connect with others to create roadmaps , gather resources and then execute the plan.
