CEO & Director General of The Jewish Agency for Israel, a mother of three.After 28 years of working in The Jewish Agency, serving various roles including Vice President for Strategy & Planning and Deputy Director General & COO, in January 2019 I was appointed as the first-ever female CEO & Director General of The Jewish Agency for Israel.Leading through multiple core events including the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ukraine-Russia crisis, an increase in immigration from Ethiopia, the Iron Swords War, and an expansion of the organization's initiatives in connecting Jews to one another to each other and to the state of Israel - all by implementing major strategic shifts.Living in Mazkeret Batya and a mother of three wonderful children. Implementing the spirit of pluralism and shared community life for religious and secular Jews, through founding the Keshet Community educational venture.
