My responsibilities include:- Achievement of given goals as agreed with Top management in line with KPIs defined byCompressors After sales Department.- Devise aggressive business growth plans from directly dealt assigned client’s base by cross, up &range selling of aftermarket products portfolio, to reap maximum potential from each client.- Responsible for calculation of pricing and costing for aftermarket products and services toprovide a solution which is best in interest of the organization and the customer.- Analyze and evaluate the requirements and queries of customers to propose a most suitableproduct and most reliable solution.- Achieve highest possible customer relationship through one-to-one concept strategy and keepregular contact with all decision makers especially of key accounts through regular market visits.- Develop new customers through effective territory management & marketing campaigns.- Provide technical expertise to customers with the view to promote aftermarket products range- Organize and submit monthly reports on visits, sent quotations, order received, future assessmentof orders in territory and follow up of quotations which are not yet converted into orders.- Participate in seminars/conferences related to engineering products especially air compressors.

- Leading a team of professional for techno commercial matters.- Preparation of proposals both for general inquiries as well tender inquires.- Preparation of Pre-qualification documents, follow-up, inquiry generation etc.- Training of proposal officer for preparation- Handle all the official correspondence on computer (e-mail, Accounts, Quotation, Bills, etc…)- Handling all import matters.
