➖To audit compliance against Quality Management Systems, GMP and HACCP controls, raising all non-conformances against relevant standards with objective evidence. ➖Develop and maintain SOP's, work instructions, documentation and forms for quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures. ➖Ensuring product quality is monitored, keep quality of product within specifications through accurate inspections, non-compliance procedures, appropriate reporting. ➖Providing technical support and advice to the factory team in the event of customer visit or audit.➖To support NPD trials and product launches, assisting in micro testing and product life assessment to ensure products are manufactured to the correct standard as necessary.➖Perform routine sanitation inspections of processing equipment at key locations of production area to identify potential contamination sources.➖Train employees on quality and food safety principles, processes, and procedures.➖Investigate customer and consumer complaints, identify RCA.➖Perform the allergen risk assessment of new ingredients.➖Coordinate, origination of new packaging trials and approval of artwork changing.➖Inspection of incoming packaging material, ingredients and keep the traceability record.➖Support operation team in troubleshooting of packaging issues.➖Investigation report of Non-conformance for defective packaging, ingredients and raise NCN against Supplier.

➖Ensure Product quality parameters within range throughout the shift, update the daily quality reports. ➖Perform the online qualitative & quantitative analysis of Beverage, Syrups, treated water & raw materials through the entrie process.➖Perform quality & food safety audits to maintain PepsiCo compliance.➖Implemention of sanitation & disinfection of lines after flavor change.➖Ensure staff following the GMP, GHP protocol in product zone area.➖Verification of OPRP's & CCP's working properly during shift.➖Ensure the lab equipments are calibrate and maintain the 5s.➖Weekly AIB internal inspection of all the lines and raise NCN.

➖Supervision and management of water treatment & syrup room.➖Perform the physiochemical analysis of carbonated soft drinks, juice and mineral water.➖Update and verify the shift reports and quality documentation to maintain the regulatory requirements.➖Ensure the sanitation and disinfection protocols followed after changeover of flavor.➖Perform the incoming raw material & packaging inspection to compliance within standards.➖Operate and monitor Krones line to ensure product within quality standards throughout the production.
