It's been a year and a half of working at Hafiz Brothers Media solutions as a Marketing Manager. To date, I have handled brands' and Advertising Agencies' accounts under my supervision. In general, I perform the following duties:• To pitch and secure new clients from different brands by using marketing techniques.• Manage and prepare marketing proposals according to the budget and interest of clients.• Manage the execution of marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL) as per the given instructions of clients.• Manage the Branding / Advertising process from the initial level till the completion of the project.• Organize & attend meetings with clients, to maintain & expand relationships with them.• Satisfy the clients by ensuring the smooth and sound performance of marketing campaigns.• Prepare weekly activity reports & regular monitoring of the progress against set targets. • Manage & train the new staff for the marketing department.• Deal with vendors & Agencies and manage other operational activities according to the demand of clients.• Manage marketing campaigns for the company’s existing clients like Airlift, Igloo, Pakistan Cables, Lahore Smart City, Kitchen Cuisine, Dawlance, Redmi, SI-UK Amir Adnan, etc.

- Field tracking and developing the goodwill of the bank. - Conducting field visits to companies’ HR of delinquent customers. - Coordination with the credit customers regarding the payment of the debt of the bank.- Convincing and collecting from those credit customers who have not paid the dues. - Conducting field visits to locate unreachable & contactable` customers.- Collecting cash from delinquent customers as per their respective locations.- Coordinating with the Operations department related to credit card and loan payments deducted from the core banking system but not reflected in the respective systems.-Telephonic coordination and Email exchange with collection agencies regarding delinquent customers.

-Offering Administrative and Operational Support to all Sales channels with the main focus on Business Partner Accounts for Du. -Efficiently & successfully conducted the promotional / sales activities in exhibitions and roadshows like GITEX (OCT-13 & April-14 & OCT-14) and (Abu Dhabi Electronics Shopper 2014) for consumer products like Mobile Plans / Smartphone offers.- Managing all kinds of activity within the sales department (monitoring stock/handling customer complaints, handling customer requests/cash control /Transition). - Manage all work order activities on the BSCS profile account in terms of consumer business. Raising Trouble tickets to handle customer complaints & services. -Coordinating with Account Manager / Partner Manager and Team members for meeting customer needs by providing the most appropriate products/services to them, managing the sales activities by assisting them.- Formalize work instruction & delivery process to meet the service level agreements between different departments. Communicate and escalate any issues with the appropriate department that cannot be immediately resolved.- Directly reporting to the Partner Manager Consumer Alternative Channels.
