I am responsible for ensuring that recruitment agencies receive top-tier service and stay updated on the latest developments in the umbrella/ltd payroll sector. I collaborate with directors, consultants, and payroll teams to guarantee that both they and their contractors receive the essential offerings from a payroll company - this includes a compliant, swift, straightforward, and hassle-free service.Here are my primary duties:- Advocate for the Group's products to Contractors- Offer support to BDMs in efficiently overseeing the account management process for their Clients, such as Agencies- Evaluate new opportunities and equip BDMs with the necessary details for outreach and closure- Maintain communication and address any concerns throughout the sales process- Cultivate robust connections with our pivotal agency clients- Aid in addressing contractor inquiries and concerns- Guarantee that contractors are prepared and properly set up for payroll.
