CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:At Aquagen Private Limited:•Project: Planning, development, contract administration of first everIndependent power project (6 MW) in Pakistan Navy. Successfully achieved the Financial close of the project acting as owners lead technical person securing debt financing of Rs 230 million. Effectively presented the Generation license and tariff petition before NEPRA. Single handedly authored the addendum deed to contract to incorporate realistic features to to suit both parties in accordance with NEPRA power policy.•Managed the subsequent expansion in generation capacity and offtake for client, improved distribution lines (0.4 KV and 11 KV distribution lines) and implementation of OEM authorized maintenance routine. (Project Outlay: Rs 346 million).•Successfully completed the power project in the scheduled time complying with all environmental regimes by adopting best engineering practices. Saved significant costs for the client in electricity bills. Undertook extensive interaction with Govt agencies/ regulators VIZ SSGC, NEPRA, EPA for gas connection, billing disputes, tariff petition, EIA assessment (Delivered Sep 2011).
