My main responsibilities include:- Performance Marketing: Leading and executing performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for Papa John's, ensuring optimal reach, engagement, and conversion. - Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for We Creatives, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding the agency's client portfolio. - Marketing and IT Operations: Overseeing marketing strategies and IT operations to ensure seamless deliverables, coordinating between different teams to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.My multifaceted role is dedicated to achieving outstanding results for our clients and driving growth for We Creatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.- Gather, analyze, and prioritize user requirements and feedback.- Develop and maintain product roadmap based on market trends and feedback.- Prioritize and refine product backlog for development team.- Translate requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.- Facilitate sprint planning meetings and review user stories with team.- Coordinate with QA team to ensure product quality and functionality.- Manage product releases, deployments, and post-release support.- Act as primary point of contact for customer feedback and requests.- Foster culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
