Having a Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance and HR as specializations, from Iqra University. With an intent of professional diversity, I started my career from HR Function in 2012. Having an experience of more than 10 years with HR Operations, Recruitment, Training, and SAP management/implementation.At Philip Morris International, I was recruited in the Payroll - Finance Department, as Analyst, Payroll; looking after Management payroll for 1500+ Head Office and Regional Staff, also managing payroll for employees on International Assignments. My responsibilities also included processing payments related to Employee Benefits (EOBI & Social Security) and Income Tax u/s149 (Salary). Also, extensively worked on optimized budget reporting for employee costs and application development for Payroll activities. Later, expanded my role into Manager Payroll & Pensions.Recently, I switched to Telenor Microfinance Bank (Easypaisa) in a more mature and diverse HR role of Rewards and Analytics. While pivoting on my operational forte, I extended my learning curve through Policy Management, Strategic Planning, Management Reporting, expert data analytics, and business partnering as a Senior Manager Rewards and Analytics, reporting to Head of Rewards.
