Marketing:As Head of Marketing I am looking into marketing mix for the total portfolio of brands. Monitoring the brand planning, promotional activities, overseeing the creative communication development and monitoring execution, Formulating sales and marketing strategy, Trade Marketing planning and execution, managing overall PNL for the company. As well as driving the market research and product development. Sales :As a head of sales I am also responsible for the total sales and achievement of the company. Running two separate channel of sales team with General Trade and Modern Trade. • General trade sales management, channel development, distribution setup, target distribution and achievement. • In Modern Trade managing Key Account sales, asset and support avocation for the sales team, fixing up and approval of promotional activities, Negotiating with Key Accounts for new SKU listing and follow through sales, (GIANT, TESCO, MYDIN, Econsave, AEON, AEONBIG, KK Mart)

Pran is tremendously growing as a International brand. It's has now made it's product available in more than 85 countries in the world. As the business is growing so as our work and responsibility. Some extent of my work was like;- Making brand wise market planning.- Planning marketing activities.- Planning ATL/BTL activities according to the market.- Deciding over POS materials to be used in various markets.- Media buying & media scheduling.- Following up the sales force working out in international market etc.

I joined Pran-RFL group as an intern. I was assigned as trainee in the international marketing team. The type of work, the enormous possibility of my country in this area and the opportunity of growth in this particular line of work has motivated me to pursue a career in International marketing.

IBABC is founded with a view to develop the interpersonal skill of the student of IBA-JU. It is working to improve the skill level of the IBA students to match the most dynamics corporate world.
