Assess institutional mechanism and policies to tap private capital (including DFIs, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Commercial Banks, Venture Capital and Private sector firms).v. Examine institutional mechanisms and policies to restructure engagement with MDBs to reduce cost of finance using grants and guarantees and concessional climate funds to leverage finance from the private sector.vi. Evaluate institutional mechanism and policies and regulations to deepen capital markets.vii. Appraise mechanisms to drive decarbonization of industry and identify opportunities to integrate into green value chains and drive exports in line with carbon border mechanisms and such evolving international regulatory mechanisms.
