Currently, GCRC operates in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania and Camden and Burlington counties in New Jersey. Responsible for the overall management of the Regional Center including leadership and oversight of the performance of Regional Center projects, compliance with USCIS EB-5 policies, regulations, and objectives; responsible for attracting quality deal flow, source foreign investors, monitor EB-5 capital investment activity, and maintain company policies and procedures.

Ahsan leads Teres Holdings and charts its strategic direction based upon his proven expertise in urban real estate development.

Mt. Airy•USA is a non-profit community development corporation whose mission is to to revitalize the Mt. Airy community in Northwest Philadelphia, PA. It undertakes is mission through community development that is responsive to local needs. Over the years, Mt. Airy•USA’s efforts have included housing counseling for first-time home buyers, housing rehab and sale, commercial rehab and sale, summer youth employment and small business assistance.

CCW, Inc., is a federally-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Entity (CDE). CCW, Inc. makes micro loans and micro equity investments, ranging between $500 and $25,000, to qualified microentrepreneurs. It operates a peer lending program fashioned after the internationally-known Grameen Bank of Bangladesh and a direct small business loan program. The loan programs are funded, in part, by The Heldring Fund that is operated by PDP, an affiliated technical assistance and financial literacy provider to entrepreneurs in the Delaware Valley area.
