Planning, Costing review, Material sourcing, Manpower arrangement and Executing Shutdown activities in safe manner to achieve company targets regarding Safety, Timelines and budget.5. EPC Project Management including Project Planning & Engineering reviews, scheduling, costing, Quality Control documentation and execution.6. ITBs preparation followed by Contractor engagement and management for outsourced projects7. Increased machine uptime through root causes analyses, machine reliability studies and implantation of corrective actions.8. Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance annual budget and its optimum utilization over the year. 9. Procurement of all routine/critical spares to maintain inventory as per preventive maintenance plans, consumption history and reliability improvement plans10. Ensure PSM Implementation and development of PSI (Process Safety Information) documentation (technical drawings, inspection reports, overhauling reports, Maintenance History and internal/ external correspondence).11. Developed SOPs, Maintenance procedures and training manuals for employees including Assistant Engineers (AE), technicians and Contractor’s employees.12. Leading Internal & External Audits of PSM, IMS and risk engineering 13. Keep team motivated through different activities and encourage them to come up with ideas and initiative to enhance safety and productivity
