Software Development Manager in Global Product Engineering Department

1. Provides technical guidance and coaching to the team members and Responsible for conducting, leading software development activities throughout the project, including decisions for the suitable technologies, architecture and all technical decisions in all stages of the development life cycle.2. Receive requests for new modules and modification to existing tasks.3. Assign sub-modules to Software Developers and provide technical leadership for project and team through design and code reviews, ensuring that best technical practices are applied.4. Ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered as planned.5. Participate in the interviewing, training, and appraising team members.6. Receive users’ feedback and data modification requests and though solve bugs and handle clients’complaints

o Responsible for developing and delivering banking systems specialized in Investment Management Systems.o Create new classes, user controls, pages, forms and web services.o Assign and monitor tasks for seniors/junior developers.o Report to department manager with projects status.o Technical support critical issues.
