Alex Shrader, PMP, is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services Consulting Practice. Drawing on 15+ years of project management experience in both the public and private sectors, she is focused on helping her government clients reach their organizational and transformation goals utilizing technology and automation. She is an SAP Finance Certified Associate with experience in Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation solutions (including Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation, and more), ERP system implementations, financial analysis and visualization, human-centered design, and business process improvement. Alex works collaboratively across the firm to bring the full power and knowledge of Deloitte to her clients and serve their complex business and mission needs. Alex is passionate about improving the world around her and championing equity in the workplace. She strives to foster a work environment where everyone can bring their authentic self, ideas, creativity, and voices to the table. Outside of work, Alex supports causes that are close to her heart by advocating for foster children and families in the system and leading an annual fundraising team for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
