I am currently working at Informix as a Program Director and have provided services across an array of prestigious clients in Qatar and the UK, including:- Qatar Biobank (Imperial College)- Hamad Medical Corporation- Qatar Ambulance Service- Qatar Gas (Opentext)- NHS TrustsI am currently working on an Artificial Intelligence strategy for natural language processing within health care settings, primarily for mental health support. The programme is in its infancy and will be groundbreaking in the region if successful.Through the use of prompt engineering, we are aiming to make AI models more effective in offering mental health support, giving empathetic responses to users and providing appropriate advice or resources.The strategy aims to cover the challenges of data privacy due to the sensitive nature of health information while ensuring that the medical professional is not substituted. I was the programme director for Imperial College (in Qatar) to set-up the Qatar Biobank as well as setting up a Public Health Coivd-19 response strategy for telemedicine/home help.My other roles have included managing largescale programs in both e-health and IT, strategy work, setting up PMO's, quality management, and heading PMO's.I have run national level programs and have advised at Ministerial level on national IT strategies.

I worked for Dell Services as a Programme Manager on two $500 million accounts at Sidra Hospital and Hamad Medical Corporation on the Cerner implementations at both hospitals.

I worked for Qatar Petroleum as a Programme Manager on the first successful e-health implementation (Trak Health) in Qatar valued at QAR80 million, my role included:‐ Implementation of Trak Health system across hospitals and clinics for Qatar Petroleum including PACS, Dental, and end to end e‐health system (22 modules in all)‐ Led a team of medical professionals (42 in all), eight business analysts and eight project managers‐ Commercial negotiations at board and tenders committee level‐ Vendor management of 11 3rd party vendors‐ Orchestrated a complex 18-month due diligence for the proposed programme. Advised QP board on viability of programme in line with national e‐health strategy‐ Coached and mentored the project team‐ Training of over 800 staff on the new system.
