Within my years as a VP Sales & Business Development, I was able to garner the largest number of government contracts in Dubai and provided data capturing solutions to different business divisions. I was able to increase the company’s growth from $2 million to $10 million in under five years.I was also able to grow the staff numbers exponentially by hiring talented staff who timeously reached their targets. While at the company I relocated its development arm to India to keep up with the growing demands of the business and instituted cost cutting measures to streamline the business. I also conceptualized an app called JD specifically for distributors and retailers.In the interim, I have subsequently sold my share of Tik Digital Technology to the seed investor.

While in this role, I successfully led, monitored and trained dealers and retail partners to ensure sales targets were met quarterly and stock level was efficient. I managed conflict that arose and devised sustainable solutions to mitigate risks whilst handling a $15M turnover leading to tremendous growth in the telecommunications market share in the Middle East and UAE as a whole, not only in the Retail B2C business, but also securing long term lucrative B2B relationships with telecom operators. I attained a 26.1% market share increase for Gigaset Computer Peripheral which was a 56% increase in comparison to its competitors and boosted overall sales in the Middle East by 59%.

My time in this role included managing a $6M turnover whilst expanding the dealer market to Abu Dhabi region and strengthening relations with new dealers from Bosch and Neff & Gaggenau. I led B2B sales, key account executives, and the distribution sales team in the advanced selling of products across the UAE and ensured projects were updated and regulated at all times.My achievements included expanding the project sales business by 40%.
