Talent:•Participate in the establishment of BAT Turkey operation by setting recruitment standards for the company.•Make sure that resourcing activities are planned and coordinated according to operational & headcount plans.•Coordinate and deliver Interviewing & Assessing Skills Trainings for management level employees.•Develop & implement BAT Turkey’s Recruitment Guidelines in line with BAT Global Recruitment standards as well as considering local circumstances and priorities.•Build effective relations both with internal & external customers/3rd parties. Organizational Development:•Support Organizational Development function to ensure that Organizational Culture in BAT Turkey is appropriate to be a winning organization•Drive high performance management standards and processes like performance evaluation and career development for the overall company•Support Talent Review process by coordinating the preparation for the meetings and continuously following-up the outputs/ decisions taken to make sure that the agreed actions are taken•Launch & implementation of regionally initiated E recruitment tool across CINCT Area (Israel, Caucasus and Turkey). Train HR Managers in mentioned countries and act as the power user of the system for CINCT Area•Act as a project owner for E – Induction Database and be responsible for benchmark studying, communication of the project to the organization and content management.•Responsible for follow up and reporting of yearly performance of HR Department and through HR Scorecard, comparing achieved results of Reward, Organizational Development and Talent functions with the desired outcomes and the objectives set at the beginning of the year.

•Support Information Coordinator in preparing the Sales Reports for Central Asia & Caucasus Regions.•Assist Duty Free Manager on Promotional Activities such as preparing shelf plans and implementing merchandising activities with sales team.•Follow up and update daily local bank activities & invoices, cost of living &exchange rate statistics.•Office management including supervision of company drivers, office boys and booking & confirmation of travel plans
