Graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychological Counselling and Guidance in 1997, Ahu pursued her Post Graduate studies in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (M.Sc.) at California State University, USA.Equipped with over 25 years of knowledge and experience on human & organizational behaviour by education and profession, Ahu built her focus and expertise particularly around individual and team coaching, talent and leadership assessment and development; aligning People&Culture strategies to business strategies; cultivating high performance/high motivation organizational cultures; workshop/training design and facilitation; strengthening employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and communication.Ahu helps business leaders, managers, professionals/young talent, and teams/organizations to increase awareness, open-mindedness, productivity, and positivity via connecting their potential by embracing their strengths, values, goals in order to better pursue/realize their career / business vision. Passionately curious for individual and organizational talent stories, Ahu is currently working with clients on change, growth, and transformation.
