The project is to test mobile handsets for various network carriers globally before the launch, to test the performance of the device on different network carriers, to fetch protocol level issues, lodge the bugs in the Bugzilla to ensure that we have an amazing product everywhere we deliver. My responsibilities include-• To ensure test quality and delivery, Project coordination.• Preparing test data, Defect reporting, Test reporting, documentation, maintenance.• Perform Testing and Pre-UAT on the Mobile.• CS and PS performance testing, Call and Voice quality testing.• Inter-operability testing.• Guide, mentor and train team members.• Issue analysis, Trip analysis, debugging.• Working together in sync with distributed internal team network across SEAP and MEA regions.• Log Analysis - IMC and QXDM• Client communication and monthly regional meetings• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause Identification and resolution• Monitor and update bug reports as needed including bug closure report.• Document results of testing and report any defects in a clear and comprehensive manner.• Execution of mobility test scenarios and collection of NW logs from operator side for NW related issues.• Coordinating with developer for debugging and retest of raised issues.• Analyze the logs in first level and try to narrow the scenario for the developing team.• Execute the newly launched applications (Facebook, twitter, Nokia Drive, Whatsapp) as per the requirement.• Analysis of Field and Radio application related test cases on weekly basis to increase the execution efficiency of the test cycle.
