• Identified key market trends and captured the “Voice of the Customer” to ensure the IBM Cloud solutions aligned with market expectations and business partner needs.• Built advisory group that covered input from over 20 business partners representing 10 industries and 15 countries. The findings of the program triggered key roadmap and strategic direction for IBM Cloud.

• Large Blue Healthcare Payer, BPM Solution Architect: Instrumental in delivering a $1 million plus ICD-10 workflow management and migration project that resulted in two large follow up projects. • Successfully led and transitioned the support operations from Austin, TX to Hyderabad, India while ensuring that end customers were not impacted by this change. • As an SOA Test consultant, helped the client to transform their existing test practices to SOA Test best practices. The concluding report was converted into a required course for SOA Testers as part of their Center of Excellence SOA Education.
