I was responsible for conducting research understanding the relationship between emotion, motivation, and neural processing. I managed a team of 15 people, as well as mentoring graduate and undergraduate students. Furthermore, I was responsible for the management of research being conducted at 2 research sites, leading to the development of 7 scientific publications.

I provided research consulting and statistical analyses for the Capstone College of Nursing professors during all steps of the research process.
