I introduced the new generation Sotas product in a Thales-group strategic project. In this international, multi-site, joint development project, I specifically had to manage the complexity between an COTS-ready customer expectation and a promising product under development. Pushing some strategic product developments and focusing on the contract, I was able to significantly improve the projects' gross margin.
