Established and lead the Enterprise & Industrial Automation device development program within Nokia Bell Labs, a global, multi-disciplinary team responsible for developing novel personal communication devices & supporting systems for customer trials and/or external licensing. With a focus on wearable devices for future human & robotic interactions in enterprise environments, I built the device development team that combined materials, mechanical, electronic & industrial design and device & cloud software expertise to integrate new technologies into overall systems that are engineered to be scalable. Recent projects delivered include the world's first battery powered and truly portable OCT laser system and >100 prototypes of wearable sleeve and head-mounted wearable sensing and communication devices aimed at intuitive human-network interactions for enterprise-based use cases.
