    EXITEDHyperclick A.i was the name of a white labelled A.i Technology brand under the company EALOS.Hyperclick offered 3 different services mainly to US Markets. 1. Traffic2. Zone3. MagnifyHyperclick Traffic was an A.i based marketing system that was connected to the Google Algorithm and was able to analyse over a billion points of data to understand the best websites that were ranking highly in Google SEO. Using this information the A.i was then able to produce thousands of 'Capture Sites' which attracted and Directed traffic to the customer's home site. Hyperclick Zone was a way of using A.i with Geofencing technology to target ICP's devices at home and on the move based on real-time behavioural data. Customers were then able to use this data to send targeted and timely advertising based on real-time purchasing events.For example - Walking past a doughnut shop and sending a text with 15% off of Doughnuts.Finally Hyperclick Magnify.Magnify was the unique data solution that was used in the US Markets only. One of the biggest problems online businesses face is ineffective ad spend. Usually, businesses get between a 3% - 5% conversion rate (For Sales) from the traffic going to the website. With Magnify, the A.i was able to accurately determine 65% of site visitors and give up to 100 different points of data on each visitor which could then be used for follow-up campaigns.

    Over the course of two years, I oversaw the creation of a 5-year strategic vision for Staffs.I oversaw the charities strategies for their Events, Retail, Restaurants, and Property sectors of the business.In events, we began experimenting with much larger performances, more well-known groups and larger ad campaign spend. Two such popular groups were that of the Chucklbrothers and Dick & Dom. Capitalising on Consumer Nostalgia was a massive hit in terms of our event planning and has influenced events ever since.In property, we doubled our number of managed student properties in under 1 year and created new jobs in the organisation to ensure all major stakeholders were happy with the service received. Measures were also put in place to accommodate a further increase of 100 properties within a 2 year period to ensure the organisation had a diversified asset pool to draw funds from as and when needed.Our Retail properties saw a dip in revenue at the beginning of my tenure. However with the pivot into more well-known brands such as Krispy Kreme doughnuts we were able to secure a gap in the market unfilled by local competition for Luxury pastries and foods. These 'one off' products increased footfall in stores and lead to an increase in sales in-store.Finally, our two Restaurants went through 2 menu changes, an interior redesign in 'Ember Lounge' and a Kitchin Refit in 'Verve'. We then upgraded the systems for taking monies for faster service. Both changes increased revenue and overall satisfaction in both establishments. I oversaw all of this while being a full-time career aswell as completing my Psychology Degree. It was this experience which solidified my drive and work ethic.
