Performed as Loan Officer Assistant for two top-producing loan officers. Imanaged pipelines, conditions, closings, and reviewed files for documentationrequirements. I worked as a transaction coordinator for borrowers, lender, escrow andrealtors.

Performed high volume loss mitigation underwriting. Maintained knowledge of FannieMae guidelines, and misc. alternative program guidelines; ie: HAMP, MOD24, Apollo,Forbearance, Etc.
