YetGen is a 12-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Excel, Information / Media / Finance Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the Yetkin Gençler Education and Awareness Program, and learn to establish my enterprise with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen process.

--Genç Şube Internship Program--It is a 4-week internship program that allows us to spend an educational and fun time with the trainings we receive from experts in the field, 15 different webinar sessions, training packages specific to the theme determined every week (Competency Development - Personal Development - Technical Skills - Sector and Finance) and competitions.With the program, I had the opportunity to get to know the banking sector, to work in teams and to prepare projects, as well as to get sector insights for the future.

--Kampüs.exe Young Talent Program--I was involved in a 6-month process with Yapı Kredi bank. I took part in a group of 600 people selected for the program among 10,000 applicants. I participated in different concept trainings, webinars, banker speakers and interactive trainings every month. It was a beneficial process in which I had the opportunity to get to know the finance sector, gain information and receive training in this field.
