The Position is stationed at the main office of Intel in Bangalore to work closely with the site leads of all other offices in Bangalore as well as Pan India. The position requires direct reporting to the Manager of JLL handling the Intel Account and subsequently to the Intel Counterpart and JLL (APAC) Regional Manager stationed at Vietnam. Responsibilities: •Manage the Facilities team to comply with Intel Corporate Fire & EHS Standards on Building facility management•Budget on Fire & EHS requirements and follow the approved schedule for purchase and invoice approvals. •Liaise with State Government authorities of various Intel Location on Environmental clearance, report on Energy consumption, Waste Management Compliance, etc.•Liaise with Fire department of different State Government of respective Intel locations on compliance with Fire regulations and requirement. •Coordinate audits on acceptance of fire systems of Intel owned properties with insurance companies like FM Global and follow up with recommendations as per report generated. •Chair Pan India EHS Committee for JLL-Intel Account•Leverage the involvement of team to enhance a safety culture by being part of Site Management Business Walk Around Audits( SMBWA)•Prepare reports of Monthly, Quarterly Business EHS review & Fire Risk Assessment reports to Intel India & Intel- JLL APAC(Asia Pacific)•Vendor selection & management for Air quality, drinking water, STP, Noise, Stack test etc. •Approve Emergency organization chart, Emergency Evacuation route and any other Management of change(MOC)•Align & review for the acceptance with client the Building Continuity Plan (BCP) & provide recommendations.
