Leading the New Product Introduction and Manufacturing activities, reporting to Director of Operations.• Fully responsible of design transfer activities from strategy to execution including process validation.• Developing manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), driving process improvements, cost and cycle time reduction.• Serving as manufacturing expert on new product introductions (NPI’s), by providing guidelines to engineering and manufacturing teams.• Leading resolution of manufacturing and quality issues related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.• Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification – Plan execution and analysis.• Owning production processes / growing capability in yield and quality.• Providing evaluation, constructive feedback and leadership in the development of engineering, manufacturing and service documentation.

Project Management in NPI Division, reporting to the division’s director. The position includes: • Establishing the PMO department in NPI Division, setting up processes and procedures• Indirect management of cross-function project teams• Costing projects and budget control, HC management• Building, monitoring and maintenance of the project schedule (Gantt) using MS Project and Primavera project management tools • Making comparative feasibility analysis of different manufacturing plants inside and outside the enterprise as a basis for a production site selection• Project leadership, team task management, coordination and support for all the professionals involved in the project including subcontractors• Ongoing work with customers, internal users, company management, engineering and manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico and the Far East as well as local ones• Active usage of Oracle and SAP ERP systems as well as Agile PDM
