As a partner at General Insurance leadership at the Phoenix group, I am responsible for driving business growth, end to end managing individual products line, overseeing the implementation of work plans and cross-organizational projects, overall budget controlling, ongoing management of processes and troubleshooting at all management levels. My duties include managing relationships with partners, developing and managing innovative products, increasing profitability and efficiency in products and business units. Focus on project management, leaderships, product management and business development, I am dedicated to driving success and positioning our organization as a leader in the industry.

Responsibility for the ongoing management of 150 employees and managers at 4 claim centers at vehicles, property, travel and health areas. Each claim center is a separate business unit that responsible for end-to-end claims management and consists of service teams (call centers) and of professional claims settlement teams.

As part of my role, I was responsible for establishing and managing a new claims department called “The Fast Track” (הנתיב המהיר). This innovative project involved creating a new claims unit consisting of approximately 60 employees, including service teams, claims settlement teams, and field staff. The concept was to establish a single unit that combines both customer service and claims settlement activities for general insurance. The unit included a service center with three teams and a claims settlement department with four specialized professional teams.The department was awarded the “Initiative of the Year” award in 2017 for the value it achieved in enhancing service for agents and policyholders. Additionally, it demonstrated cost efficiency with a significant reduction in claims expenses by dozens of percentage points and achieved a substantial increase in satisfaction levels. The unit also improved internal workflow processes and successfully positioned the company as a leader in its field.

Comprehensive management of a vehicle service and operations center, overseeing a unit of approximately 30 employees, including customer service representatives, operations staff, and sales teams, providing services to the company’s auto insurance policyholders. Initially, I led the activity as an external project manager, responsible for the establishment phase. Following the acquisition of the project by Phoenix Insurance in 2012, I managed its ongoing operations.The department successfully transformed the company’s approach to service and claims management, laying the groundwork for a significant organizational shift and a transformation of service and claims processes. The project introduced new workflows that influenced numerous organizational processes, serving as a proof of concept (POC) for broader organizational changes.
