I am a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from AAB College. I am a skilled Forex Trader with experience managing trading accounts for clients from different European countries at MerchantsFX. In this role, I provided daily technical and fundamental analysis for each most traded currency and managed trading risk.Currently, I am the Lead of TechOPS (Level 2) at SD IT Services, where I am responsible for managing customer relationships and maintaining a high level of technical support for all support inquiries. I have experience in service management and am able to identify, investigate, research, and resolve IT problems. I am highly organized with excellent planning skills and a strong sense of leadership.
