- Processed daily and ad-hoc payments submitted manually to Finance timely and precise.
- Extract static claims, diary analysis, and various reports monthly, and report to the Team Leader by the end of the month.
- Prepared and processed proportional treaty reinsurance (Quota Share & Surplus) for the North America market.
- Ensure exact claims and payment data in the system, including insurer details, claims references, payment amounts, and relevant details.
- Coordinated and streamlined General Claims processing by liaising with brokers, re-insurers, adjusters, and Xchanging in improving the workflow.
