Working for GSK Consumer Helathcare Adriatics, responsible for FMCG GSK oral healthcare products in Bosnia and Herzegovina.Key responsibilities:• Implementation and delivery of sell out/consumption driving initiatives and tasks • Business planing & sales strategy development• Initiate and lead quarterly performance reviews versus targets, in terms of consumption growth, sell-on and net sales delivery, discount levels, distributor stock and cash collection • Making the complex simple: provide clear focus and prioritization for 3rd party distributor sales and commercial teams• Management and control of gross to net, budget and cash collection • Promotional plan delivery and implementation within approved trade promotion budgets• Ensuring maximum levels of brand availability within prioritized sales channels• NPD implementation planning and rapid distribution build• List price changes implementation and management • Managing and motivating distributor sales team in accordance with the GSK people management best practice and development of team capabilities • Managing relationships with external stakeholders e.g. distributors and other service suppliers• Fact based reporting based on external and internal sources and KPI's defined• Sales forecasting
