Upon graduating from university, a year and half of experience in engineering and sales finally led me to a new and exciting path of self-employment and entrepreneurship.I never imagined that I’d play a prominent role in an organization as a human resources manager and CFO. As an introvert, it was difficult for me to constantly interact with people in an organization. However, I’m always enthusiastic about growing and gaining new skills in my career. Helping other people in my organization, addressing challenges and difficulties they face, creating a sense of motivation and hope in people - in a country where the well of hope is running dry - are few of the reasons that I have thrived in my current position.In particular, I really appreciate my CFO position in enriching my knowledge & expanding my work experience. Basic financial knowledge, financial statement analysis, risk management, budgeting is among the skills I have acquired in recent years.My self-motivation & quick study have enabled me to learn these skills from scratch from others in the organization.I am proud that I have grown all these from nothing with the help of a group of people.
