- Support students and student organizations in the development and implementation of avibrant and diverse set of co-curricular programs that support and enhance student life at the college- Work closely with the Dean of Students and Director of Student Activities to create and implement campus wide co-curricular programming- Advise and mentor the Campus Activities Board (CAB) in traditional campus wide programming, leadership & events- Assist with the advising and programming initiatives, while serving as a liaison to approximately 15-20 student clubs- Oversight of the chartering and registration process of new student clubs and organizations; assist with the fall and spring club orientation- Oversight of the Alumnae Pavilion Student Assistant staff; including recruitment, hiring and supervision of 3-6 Student Assistants   - Serve as direct advisor to the junior class (within the Student Government) in programming and governance- Assist with the creation and implementation of leadership retreats and workshops; including Leadership Weekend and DREAM Weekend- Assist in the coordination of major campus wide programming; Homecoming, Christmas at the Mount, Spring Concert, Founders Day & Senior Week- Serve on campus-wide committees (e.g., Staff Senate Committee, Major Event Committees) - Assist in the planning and implementing of New Student Orientation; recruit, train, and supervise Orientation Leaders- Promotes student advocacy, diversity, involvement, inclusivity in developing and mentoring student leaders- Supervise the Coordinator of Student Activities & conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings- Manage the office social media accounts- Assist with mascot appearances & social media posts- Participate as departmental and division team member- Participate in Admission Open Houses and Accepted Students Days - Participate in the on-call duty rotation- Assume other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Student Activities.

- Work closely with the Director of Student Activities and Assistant Director of Student Activities to create and implement campus wide co-curricular programming- Assist with the advising and programming initiatives, while serving as a liaison to approximately 10-15 student clubs- Manage all areas of Commuter Life; including the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of the Commuter Assistant staff- Serve as the direct advisor to the junior class (within the Student Government) in programming and governance- Assist with the creation and implementation of leadership retreats and workshops; including Leadership Weekend, DREAM Weekend & Phin-LEAD (a leadership development program)- Provide support with the New Student Orientation program- Serve on campus-wide committees (e.g. Homecoming, Founders Day, Christmas at the Mount)- Work with the Campus Events office in room/event reservations for all student club programming- Attend weekly staff meetings, 1-1 meetings and in-service training sessions- Assist in the supervision of the Alumnae Pavilion Student Assistant staff- Manage the office social media accounts- Assist with mascot appearances & social media posts- Participate in the on-call duty rotation in support of the Residence Life responding responding to emergency situations- Assume other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Student Activities

- Assists with the Office of Housing & Residence Life’s comprehensive housing operations through management of the annual room selection process, room change process, & the check-in & check-out process- Coordinates the Residence Hall Opening and Closing procedures at the start & end of each semester & vacation period- Manages the damage assessment & billing processes including room inspections, Room Condition Reports (RCRs), community billing, community area inspections, damage summary reports, etc.- Maintains the Office of Housing & Residence Life door code & key inventory system, including lock-out procedures, lost keys, lock changes, etc.- Liaises with the Office of Facilities & the Office of Campus Safety & Security to maintain the College’s residential facilities & address students’ needs & concerns;- Explains, interprets & enforces housing policies & procedures to students, parents, faculty & staff;Assists with departmental projects & initiatives as assigned by the Director of Housing and Residence Life- Serves on the on-duty rotation as the primary contact for on-campus emergencies or crises, including evenings, weekends, break periods and holidays- Upholds & enforces all Housing & Residence Life and College policies, by responding in a timely manner for situations related to the safety, security and well-being of students- Intervenes, guides & advises residents through interpersonal conflict, behavioral, emotional, health and safety issues, & serves as contact &/or mediator for roommate conflicts- Adjudicates student conduct matters by investigating low-level incidents, meeting with students & assigning sanctions.- Supervises, trains & evaluates 5-10 Resident Assistants (RAs).- Participates in August & January trainings, retreats, & in-service training sessions- Tracks all building programs & activities planned by the RAs- Establishes office hours in the Office for availability to residents & staff- Facilitates a weekly staff meeting for RAs
